Ben grew up in a real estate family and is the third generation Gardiner to represent Royal LePage Gardiner Realty. He is a graduate of McGill University where he studied Commerce and was an All-Canadian Football player. After graduation he worked in Toronto in the field of Commercial Banking and Wealth Management for almost 10 years. Ben has a tremendous amount of experience with commercial lending and analyzing the financials of complex real estate transactions.
